How do I return an order placed online?

Items purchased online can be returned to any Jaycar company owned store providing the general returns conditions are met. Please present your tax invoice, which you would have received to the email address you submitted at the time of placing your order as well as the delivery note that you received with your order package, in order for your return/refund to be processed in-store. Can I Click & Collect?

How much is delivery?

Your order can be delivered to anywhere throughout mainland Australia by standard (road) freight delivery. Standard delivery is $8 and for orders over $99 delivery is FREE*.
