Will the carpets or furniture remain damp?
As this is a deep wash of your carpets and furniture; yes, they will remain damp after cleaning. However, as the water/ detergent are removed under high pressure suction, they remain about as wet as when your washing comes out of the machine. On a normal dry day, they will get dry in two to three hours. On a wet or cold day, the drying time is extended. You can assist drying time by opening windows and/or turning on fans in order to circulate the air.
What if my carpets don't come up as well as expected?
If you are unhappy or unsure about the result of your cleaning please do not hesitate to give us a call. We are happy to reassess a cleaning job and re-clean if deemed necessary. Please note that cleaning is unable to remove some stains or will be able to improve on areas of wear or damage. However, these areas will be clean.
What about allergy or asthma sufferers?
On request we are able to utilise hypoallergenic agents to clean. In the event of a severe allergy, please call and discuss options with Shaun on the advertised numbers.
What if my carpets are stained?
There are specific types of stains which will not be possible to remove with general cleaning. We are able to provide specialised stain removal services; however, these are at an added cost. In general, the suggestion is to have a general clean attended first and then if necessary follow on with specialised spot cleaning.
