In 2010 we purchased Tasmanian Woollen Co. In 2012 we changed our name to Salamanca Wool Shop. In September 2015 we launched our on-line shop. In 2018 we purchased a second shop site and in 2019 this site was rebranded to Salamanca Wool Shop, Physical locations are 69 Salamanca Place Battery Point and 27 Murray Street, Hobart Online: www.salamancawoolshop.com
We showcase the best of Tasmanian woollen produce, ready made or individually created and support this with premium woollen and natural fibre products sourced from interstate and overseas. We can tell you the stories behind the product. We can also meet your creative need with yarn, patterns and craft accessories to create an individual piece.
