AVOID THIS PLACE, tell your insurance company you refuse to even let them look at your car. They have had my car for a week and sent me a text saying it was being worked on and would be ready to pick up today. I rang today to find out what time and they said they havent got the part and havent done it. Why the texts, why have they had my car for a week, why didnt they say this ages ago. They are so bad my insurance company has actually apologised for how terrible they are!

I had major repairs done to my vehicle by Wells B/W and the quality was and still is great. Top service and a great bunch of guys and ladies.!!

Got my car back and found paint runs, one door wouldn't lock via the remote key (found they hadn't connected two plugs together), one headlight didn't work (again they didn't plug it in) and plastic screws missing. Also, they polished a few panels, which means the other panels no longer match the car!
