John Street Medical Centre

I’ve been attending this clinic for many years and always find the support staff and welcoming and obliging. My GP is particularly good at managing chronic health care in consultation with me and my needs. She is conscientious in every way and advocated for me with Specialists, supported me through many complex surgeries and is always open to frank and clear discussions of my options, whilst ensuring my wishes, fears and ongoing treatment are respected. I’ve seen other doctors from the John Street Medical Practice and over at least 20 years I have received the highest level of healthcare. The Clinic employs at least 3 diligent nurses, one of whom manages my Chronic Health Plan regularly. I find the reception staff have always been friendly and have always accomodated me when making appointments. They are very efficient and dedicated in their work whilst being empathetic and caring people.

This Medical Centre and all of the staff give the sense of a caring community practice which other bigger practices don’t seem to have.
