Customers, check your receipts. The last two times I was incorrectly charged. The first time I was charged for items I didn't purchase. When I queried it, the checkout operator informed me that she had rung up two chocolate bars for another checkout operator. Seems weird, wouldn't it have been paid for and cleared off before I came and bought my items? The second time they rung up two lots of an item I purchased one of. The experience is annoying and inconvenient, especially when you go back in and have to raise these issues in front of other customers.
