Wanted to leave a zero rating but couldn’t access anywhere for their Invermay store website or their national affiliate for any review.

Invermay staff fall over themselves to assist in selecting carpets and vinyl, including offering a “much better unit price” in the quotation. When that arrived it was so lacking in any detail, unit prices for the carpet and vinyl weren’t noted, along with capping or installers costs etc (unlike other local quotations I’d previously received). My request for a properly detailed quotation was ignored, sent a follow up email two weeks later and that also wasn’t responded to. Spent my money elsewhere, plenty of other carpet sales businesses in close proximity.
