Bunnings Burnie Warehouse

I received a quote for insulation, the quote stated it was valid for 30 days ending on the 4/3/23 , went to pick the items 25/2/23 and was told, my quote expired.

I already booked trades to install the insulation in the walls on Monday morning, I had to cancel the job.

Bunnings couldn’t even care, or even try to work with me to solve the problem.

Terrible customer service, unprofessional
