      What resolution should my image be for printing?

      Any resolution above 150dpi is fine, 300dpi is recommended.


      Will the final print match the image on my monitor?

      If you are viewing through a CRT monitor and it is calibrated correctly you have the best possible chance of a match, but it can never be exact.


      How long will it take to get my order?

      Standard production turnaround is 7 business days from when your files arrive. Delivery is generally 2 business days depending on your location.


      What kind of paper will my job be printed on?

      Star Printing have a wide range of paper types available, depending on what you are ordering. The pricing generally varies with the gsm (weight) of the paper: For example, 100gsm stock is a thicker sheet than 80gsm, and cover stock is heavier than text weight stock.


      What types of storage media do you accept?

      We can take your files on a CD, Zip or Jaz disk.


      Is your computer and software compatible?

      We use both Mac and Windows based operating systems. We can take any Mac or PC version of Quark, PageMaker, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Publisher, Word and any file output as a PDF.
