I had spent many a years helping out with a V8 touring car team and was referred to NAS from a well known LS builder on NSW Central Coast. After firstly visiting NAS and his team I asking questions I already new the correct answers to. I gave NAS & his team my business and was over the top impressed with the end result. t was for my 2012 VE SSV Redline and I now find myself with a VF SSV Redline for which I will be giving him my business again.

Never disappointed

I was extremely disappointed with the cost of the service. We took our car here for the first time for a quick safety check before going on a short trip away. A number of service items were discussed with us prior to commencement of works, which was fair, but items that we had explicitly asked to be held over to next service were carried out and an item that had already been repaired in the previous service bar three weeks prior presented on the invoice at pick up. When I called to query the invoice I was told these had been agreed to by my husband, despite it only being presented to him on pick up in an invoice (which he was a bit daunted by) and not a prior discussion. All in all the cost of the service was twice as much as I have ever paid for a service (approx $700), and I have had this vehicle for over 8 years and would not describe it as a luxury vehicle by any means. I have had similar services carried out before and the cost was nowhere near this. To top it off, when I called to politely enquire (and I was polite) mid way through the conversation I got a 'hello hello and then the phone was hung up'. I am not one to write a negative review, especially as being new to the area we were looking for a new mechanic, and had hoped this would be it, but given the events, felt new customers should be cautioned to not only ensure a full list of services are discussed and that you are prepared to scrutinise the invoice to ensure they match on pick up, but also that you request the anticipated labour costs and time this will take, as these labour costs were higher that specialist medical invoices I recieved for the same amount if time! Needless to say, I would not recommend unless you feel like being ripped off and have money to burn.
