Our vision is to be the most effective and thorough Integrated Pest Management business in Australia.
Providing low hazard and non-chemical solutions in urban pest management since 1983.
We conduct detailed Timber Pest Inspection and Management Program identifying areas of active termite infestation, inactive termite damage, borer damage and fungal decay. Reports also include a detailed risk analysis and working solutions to manage timber pests without depending upon chemicals.
Systems Pest Management Pty Ltd employs Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles. IPM is an ecologically based pest management strategy that centres around detailed assessment of pest populations and the conditions under which they proliferate. The strategy uses complementary techniques (physical, cultural, biological, educational and chemical) with a priority on non-chemical control measures. Effective IPM requires on-going monitoring and assessment of the effectiveness of control strategies.
Cockroach Management Inspection and identification of harbourage areas are undertaken before applying the least hazardous, whilst still highly effective, treatment methods. These may include the use of heat, gels, powders and pesticide free traps. Detailed non-chemical recommendations are provided to complement our treatment process. Rodent Management Inspection and identification of entry points, runways and nesting areas are undertaken before outlining treatment options.

How long does it take?
Depending on the site, the first inspection for timber pests will take around 2 to 3 hours.
Will I have to leave the house during the inspection?
Not usually, most work can be undertaken with you at home.
What pests does Systems Pest Management Pty Ltd deal with?
Pests are simply creatures in the wrong place at the wrong time. We have on-site action plans for termites, borers, fungal decay, cockroaches, ants and rodents. We will provide free DIY information for all other pests including spiders, fleas, silverfish etc.
What's the first step?
The first step is a thorough, detailed, systematic inspection by Systems Pest Management Pty Ltd.
How is Systems Pest Management Pty Ltd different from other pest management companies?
We are environmental scientists with special training in this field. We are committed to making a difference and our focus is on risk reduction. Unlike other companies, we put your health and environment first.
If Systems Pest Management Pty Ltd doesn't use chemical sprays, what do you use and does it work?
We design a pest management strategy that focuses on non-chemical controls. That means no sprays. The strategy will be designed specifically for your problems and needs. We may use localised low-hazard treatments for certain pests.
Does Systems Pest Management Pty Ltd come to my area?
Wherever you are, we'll get to you. We regularly service clients in the Upper Illawarra to the Central Coast, from Bondi to Blackheath and can visit other regions, if required.
Will I get value for money?
Yes! What is your home worth? Can you afford to not give your home a yearly safety check? It's a critical part of maintaining your home. Contact our office for a free phone/email quotation.
Can you come and do a general spray?
Yes, we can help! We can carry out treatments and suggest non-chemical solutions to help you. This is called Integrated Pest Management (IPM). This may include the use of granular baits, gel baits, pesticide-free sticky traps and some absorptive powders for cockroaches and ants. Please note that we cannot spray for rats. We will help you identify creatures that are beneficial to have around your home. If you have children or pets, exterior sprays are not a good idea.
Everything looks ok, how do I know if I have termites?
You may not see any signs of termites until it's too late. The only way you can be really sure you don't have termites is to have an annual timber pest inspection by a qualified timber pest inspector from Systems Pest Management Pty Ltd.
