      Fast and Efficient

      I had never even thought about using a debt collector until I received an email from Sam at Professional Collection Services. They ended up collecting all of my old debt for my company within a few weeks. I was so pleased with the service that Glenn Small gave me. Highly recommend their services.

      They collect your money, then keep it

      Referred a client to them for debt collection. Client paid. Money never received. Its now well outside the time frame they said for money to be paid. have called and emailed but keep getting handballed to another dept then the person you need is away. Do not use this company as you will not get paid. The time I have spent chasing payment from them is more than the original debt. Still have not been paid.

      Terrible Service

      I hired this company to follow up debts owed to us. After being paid by one of our clients, they then did not pay us any amounts. We almost had to send another debt company after this one to recover monies off Professional Collection Services. Terrible Service

      I hired Professional Collection Services to recover my stolen superannuation fund. After tens of thousands of dollars invested, I received an additional statement (no invoices) for a 'filing fee' of $10,000 without explanation. I refused to pay the bill without first receiving explanation, they refused.
      They instead took ME to court, cancelled my family company, removed me as a director and did not recover one dollar of my superannuation. Not one dollar. It cost me my livelihood, my company, everything.

      Do not EVER consider these people to 'assist' with debt collection.

      I have used Professional Collection Services a number of times over the past 12 months and I never expected to get anything back,but can honestly say that these guys have excelled at everything I have thrown at them. I always have a great chat with the lady chasing my debts and I couldn't recommend them enough. I will definitely be using them again the next time someone drags the chain.

      Professional collection services is happy to answer any queries and or problems and or complaints that any client may have had with their collection manager or sales rep. In our 20 years of having the business we have had several staff leave once we have trained them up and start their own collection business and write adverse reviews on our business in the hope of trying to lose us clients. For those who genuinely write the reviews please contact one of the management team with any problems and the problem will be fixed.
