Our team will deliver your detailed written report including photographs within 24 hours of completing the inspection.

      We offer full and comprehensive pre-purchase and final inspections. With 25 years in the industry, you can be sure, we inspect your new home as if it was our own. Fully comprehensive pre-purchase report on the home you are looking to purchase. We also offer a final inspection on your newly built home before you pay your final payment to ensure the house is perfect before you move in. We also offer dual pre-purchase inspections, which consists of a full building and pest inspection.

      We are located in the economic rural region that lies to the east of Melbourne, known as Gippsland. We include an area from Drouin to the NSW border and all over the South Gippsland.       Why do I need a property inspection?

      If you are buying or renting, a building inspection or combined building and pest inspection will provide you with a detailed snapshot of the health of your new home, giving you the confidence to make you move.


      What level of service can I expect from Gippsland Home Inspection Services?

      Our price includes inspection by an independent inspector, a verbal report followed by a detailed written report of up to 30 pages covering everything from minor defects to the structural integrity of the property and accompanying photographs. All inspections meet the relevant Australian Standards - 4349.1 and 4349.3. We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance.


      When can you deliver your services?

      We can come to you between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm from Monday to Sunday. We are available 7 days a week.


      Can you inspect a new house?

      We can inspect a newly built house to ensure that everything is done correctly and is safe for you and your family.


      How many years of experience do you have?

      We have over 25 years of experience.


      Which areas do you service?

      We service to the municipalities of Baw Baw, La Trobe, Wellington, East Gippsland and South Gippsland.       Terrible! Cost me thousands!

      Had a full building and pest inspection 2 years ago. 12 months after the floor appeared to be a little bit “bouncy”. Turns out the flooring underneath was rotted to the core. No vents etc apparently. I had to have a whole new floor and joists. Cost me $13k



      I did attempt to email and call Dave but no response. He was recommended to me by the Maffra real estate company I purchased the house from. Never again. I feel conned by both of them.



      The insurance would not pay as the building inspector stated that it was not a new problem but had been like that for years and it should have been picked up by the pre purchase inspection. There was also signs of termites which I had to have the whole house treated.



      We pay for these reports for peace of mind as most of us are not builders. I feel let down and conned.
