After three hours of stress, phone calls and confusion, I am so glad I happened across Kennards storage! The facilities? Immaculate. The location? Convenient. The vibe? 10/10. But the real MVP here is Dianne. Honestly, someone get this woman a crown. From the moment I called, she turned what could’ve been a "crying in the car park" day into a "laughing while organising boxes" day. She’s kind, ridiculously organised, and has this magical ability to make you feel like your mismatched collection of couch parts are the most important items in the world (honestly, they are to me, it’s been a SAGA). She checked in, followed up, and made sure every step was smooth sailing. Honestly, if Dianne ran my life admin, I’d probably be a millionaire by now.
The whole team at Kennards is a dream, but Dianne deserves a standing ovation. If you need storage with a side of genuine care and great banter, this is the place. Thanks, Kennards (and especially Dianne), for being the Marie Kondo of self-storage—sparking joy while keeping my stuff safe!

A huge shout out and thanks to "Azam and Kamel." By far these 2 gentlemen go above and beyond customer service standards, there friendly and up held professional approach to truely understanding your needs and situation to accommodate you not just as a customer, but as a respected individual to meet your storing needs. That I can guarantee you won't find, nor get better service then any other storage giant's currently in the industry, and they also offer a lot more within the facility then others can. Keep up the great work Azam and Kamel.
