Thank you for the great service with installing our air con. We appreciate your attention to detail and prompt service. We will definitely call you again if we have need of your service and recommend you to others.

After many months, and quite a few phone calls, there has been no further contact with this company. I requested a line upgrade from my home to the power pole (not a cheap job to get done) and after these repeated calls was assured someone would contact me.

I try to source local contractors when possible, but their level of service is absolutely pathetic. I have to give them one star (under duress to get this posted).

I feel sorry for their receptionist who must have to put up with complaints all the time and make excuses for their employee.
