      Incredibly unprofessional service

      It saddens me giving negative reviews because as a small business owner myself, reputation directly affects my livelihood.



      Unfortunately, I reflect other reviews in my experience with Paul, chasing him for weeks only to have have him tell me he has finished plans he never sent, even after I requested he invoice me (which I also never received). Incredibly unprofessional.



      At this current point in time Paul does not deserve your business however I hope this review inspires some change.



      Paul, please contact me to make this right and I'd be more than happy to edit this review.

      Had Paul do 4 different jobs over a few years, always does a great job, quick and professional, a tradesman I trust!

      Great quick service, new stove connected no fuss.

      Guys were able to attend next day after calling to get new stove connected up.



      I had thought would be straight forward but turned out a bit of hiccup with the existing lines not connected! Luckily guys jumped on and in roof got new line ran quick as, a lot faster than I was fearing would take!



      Once line was ran Charlie was very helpful getting stove connected and offering to show us through using, made sure we were definitely happy with everything.

      Coffee machine service???

      Dropped my wega mini coffee Machine to paul with a pressure retention issue. After weeks he finally told me (after me chasing him up) He has replaced a pressure sensor / solenoid and that it was now holding pressure and working fine. Another couple of weeks passed as it was going to be dropped back to me and upon calling to see when it was Being dropped back, paul advised me he had been using my $2000 machine to make his coffees (I’m assuming his boys too) in his workshop during that time and that the machine now had an electrical fault and was tripping out his power circuit. Paul told me he didn’t know anything about electrical and returned my Machine with an electrical problem which now trips my RCD. Completely unprofessional and slow service never returned calls or messages throughout the frustrating process and Paul is now ignoring my request to provide me with a receipt/invoice for the work carried out and now I’m up for most cost to try sort the issues paul Left me with - POOR FORM AVOID !!!
