Sushi Star Japanese Restaurant

I used to go to this restaurant between 3-5 times per week as i work in close proximity and sushi was a quick and easy lunch. I was always happy with the food although I could see that the kitchen wasn't always clean, but i thought it was nothing to be concerned about.
About 6 weeks ago, I had my favourite, 'salmon and avocado' hand roll only to be left violently ill on my office floor for the rest of the afternoon.
Ill admit, I didn't go near a piece of sushi anywhere for about 3 weeks, but then eased my way back in with a veggie roll at another place. I finally built the courage to go back and stuck to the veggie roll, they were all fine and I was happy I'd given them he benefit of the doubt. Until just two days ago when my work colleague and myself sat in to have some warm food, when to our absolute disgust, the 'chef' proceeded to the back of the restaurant to change a baby's nappy on a table where customers would sit to eat. After changing the nappy, she went back to the kicthen and cooked our meals with her pooy hands. THIS IS NOT OKAY! I can safely say, I will NEVER eat here again!
