Made an appointment to view a property with this agency. The words "we are keen, and we just want to see it before making an offer" obviously didn't register with the amateurs there. The agent called us the afternoon before our appointment to tell us it was sold. Hmm??. If you couldn't convince the vendor to wait 15 hours, then you didn't deserve the extra 20 k we actually wanted to offer. That's right, they sold a property for less than we were going to offer. 20000 dollars less. Sorry guys, but that's pretty poor form, and everyone lost out. If you can't get vendors to wait 15 hrs, for potentially a higher offer, you obviously don't know what you are doing.
