After purchasing our car at Brighton Honda, we had it serviced at the associated service division for four years.
Very happy until recently. They had always turned it around quickly and everything was handled smoothly. Recently when I booked they tried to tell me I needed a service 20K ahead of where we were, tried to tell me I had missed a service so needed a bigger service and argued with me when I told them in each case this was not true.
It turned out their database was wrong but he chose to believe that over the customer. In the end they got the bill wrong too. Given that we have moved further away it was enough to take our service elsewhere.
