I have been a customer of this business during the time I owned my salon and now in retirement. Over all those many many years I have NEVER experienced anything but total professionalism from the staff. They have always assisted me in every way, they are always willing to share their knowledge. I would always shop at PHCP.

I buy all my hair and beauty products here, there website is easy to use and there pricing is fair. Staff always seem helpful and friendly.

always bought my hair products from them but yesterday I went there,the 2 girls who supposed to serve customers were extremely rude.They didn't help and the way they talked was so rude . specially the blond girl .I never come back to this shop again .They need to learn how to talk with customer and how to respect them .I really like to talk with the manager as I felt insulted.I don't recommend them to anyone and in fact I will tell everyone I know about their poor customer service.
