My wife called him to service our ducted heating system. He quoted $340 to service it over the phone.

He came here, told my wife he can't service it and charged us $308.

An absolute ripoff

Repair ducted heater two months ago and then didn’t use much ducted heater cos during summer! However now ducted heater not longer working anymore were happened to call Christopher! and then he promised to us have a look the ducted heater very next day never come back horrible customer service

Chris came out on a Sunday to fix a tap he charged a high Sunday rate, which i new would be expensive, over charged for an ordinary tap when asked the cost he did not answer me (twice) my husband rang the following day to see If Christopher could fit a new tap WE had purchased, he said he would look after us but it would cost $350 to fit.... very expensive Plumber more than usual
