The receptionist is exceedingly rude!! Her manner of speaking is just plain dreadful.

It appears that most of the medical staff is the same. Forget about booking any appointment with this clinic!!!! Right out of a gothic nightmare

This Dr has no bedside manner - Do not come here whatever you do for your child's covid-19 vaccine or anything needle related especially if they are nervous about needles. Yes, my child was very anxious, scared and not afraid to show it. He put cotton wool in his ears , said he had to record us and got the receptionist in as a witness (he said) all because my child was distressed, crying and very upset at 5yrs old. Disgusting, terrible , beyond unprofessional, unhelpful, he had nothing nice or kind or encouraging to say to either of us. In hindsight I should have just left. Never again.

I went today Wed 29 October and the receptionist wasn't wearing a mask at all. She even got up and walked across the waiting room with no mask to use the restrooms.

Then the doctor walks past twice, nonchalantly and not wearing a mask either!

I left and politely but firmly cancelled my appointment and let them know that it was because they were breaching covid safety regulations. I immediately called the Police (Police Assistance Line 131 444) and reported this. The person I talked to was as shocked as I was.

Rude and aggressive person. I refused to be abused and left this place when I could see this individual (called doctor) persisted in treating me like this. Run away from this individual. On top of this will arrive late to the clinic.

Need GP? look elsewhere, very unprofessional, to a point of scandalous.

Worst clinic ever. Do. Not. Go. Here.

They make you wait 2 hours because apparently its their policy. Thats what the receptionist told us anyway. Useless place. Seriously.

Friendly and very efficient surgery. I would recommend it any time.
