Dr Krapivensky is a true professional. I owe her a big thanks for putting my life back on track

I was made to wait almost 30mins after my appointment was scheduled to start because she was running around trying to sort out another complaint that had been made against her.

Once I was finally seen she was highly unprofessional and spoke down to me the whole time. She sat at the other end of the room away from me and I felt uncomfortable the entire session.

She raised her voice and made insulting comments towards me in regard to my mental health during the session.

It was clear to me that even though she has some piece of paper stating she is qualified she really has no idea at all in regard to mental health and it was extremely traumatising having only one session with her.

I now see another psychiatrist who is amazing and completely respectful and understand to the effects mental illness can have.

I highly recommend you don't see this so called Dr, I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did.
