      Great service when no one else would try

      When my reverse cycle stopped working during a cold snap no one was willing to look at it, saying it was unlikely to be able to be repaired but they were happy to quote for a replacement. South Gippsland Air Conditioning were the only company willing to check it out and were able to identify and fix the problem and get me up and running again for a very reasonable call out fee. Friendly and efficient and turned up on time. Very happy

      Great After Sales Customer Service

      South Gippsland Air Conditioning in Wonthaggi have installed a couple of air conditioners in our home in Inverloch and we have always been happy with the products they recommended and the installation. However, for us it is the after sales service that defines Excellent Service. Not all companies provide that, S.G Air did.

      At the last minute we decided to keep an air conditioner that was in a house due for demolition. Unfortunately this decision came shortly before the demolishers were due to move in. Dave in the Wonthaggi office was supportive from the start. Even with the short lead time I was confident he could make it happen and he did. The technician Paul fitted us in on a busy day and took the unit down without fuss.



      I don’t believe that “lack of planning on my part should constitute an emergency on a businesses part” but in this case South Gippsland Air Conditioning starred. Thank you gentlemen.
