Really terrible service, my husband came here to get a document certified- he waited 45 minutes, as a pharmacist I understand that you prioritise scripts first however there were no scripts waiting and other people were walking in and getting served whilst he was left waiting. After 45 minutes he asked how much longer he would have to wait and said he was happy to make a donation to the Royal Children's instead of having to go outside to put more money in the metre. They told him they weren't interested in him donating to charity and to go to the post office. Firstly, if they had no intention of EVER serving him they could've sent him to the post office in the first place secondly, for a front line health provider to say we are not interested in your charitable donation to provide you with a service is disgusting- really hurting the industry guys!!!!! Train your staff to deliver better customer service!
