In my experience with them, they listen and have a huge processual knowledge. However, just use them if you don’t need go to court. Actually, FORGET about them if you need to fight in court. I signed with them to prepare for a court order that I knew that was coming. I took records for months. They sent 3 letters to the other part but, when the court order came, they said to do not fight because they couldn’t see a win. Again, after months and $6,395 Massimo gave me every excuse that he could find to go to court and accept the order. I think that they are good, they have the willingness to listen but they should say upfront that they are not the right business when envolves contesting orders. They are scared to step up and to be accountable. They explain to you why you will fail instead of discussing what it takes to win. I hope this helps everyone considering this business. In my case, I just lost $6,395 that I got a loan to give to them.
