I arrived on time for my 2:30 appointment with Dr Lilian Rezk and was told by the reception that the Dr wasn’t there yet but I was her first patient.
So I sat and waited 15 minutes with no sign of the Dr and no word from reception. I walked up to reception and was met with three women glaring at me like I was interrupting their gossip when I spoke. I asked if the Dr had arrived to which one of them replied “no, she’s not here”. I said “okay but my appointment was at 2:30” and they said rudely “she’s not here, she’s late, she’s always late”. They spoke to me so rudely and offered no apology for the late Dr, it was very unprofessional. Especially to tell a patient the Dr is always late, does not look good on their part.
Why book my appointment at 2:30 knowing the Dr wouldn’t be there?!
The Dr walked in the doors at 2:50, however I was not seen until 3:05.
This is the worst GP clinic I have been to. I have never been treated so poorly by reception nor seen such unprofessionalism by Drs. The Dr didn’t even apologise for being late.
I’m never going back here as they made me feel very uncomfortable and un-welcomed.

Why is it that the minute we are unhappy with something we feel we need to report it on social media.
For every 'bad report' there are always hundreds of very satisfied customers.
I have been seeing Dr Lillian Rezk for over 12 years and apart from her medical expertise have always found her to be pleasent, easy to talk to and a good listener.
Never do l feel being pushed 'out the door' like many other Bulk Billing medical centres.
I find Dr Lillian to be very professional and her medical knowledge is amongst the best and I'm very greatful I've taken her advice on many occasions.
I find everybody at Tunstall Square Family Medical Centre to be very plestent from the front desk onwards.
