Irresistible Jewellery & Accessories

Jewellery is my thing. When I walked past this shop yesterday and saw the beautiful items on offer I got excited. I went inside and there was another couple there just wandering around. The shop owner(?) was at the desk, no acknowledgement. I walked around looking in cabinets, she didn't come over, didn't offer to open any cabinets, didn't speak to me. I looked over at her, she was in la la land. Didn't make eye contact. I wandered around and saw many pieces I would happily have purchased but it's all about the shopping experience for me. I walked out. Shame. I was in the mood for shopping!

Resist at all costs, from shopping for bags, hats, scarves and jewellery at this store; the level of customer service is appalling, Walk on by. You will be treated like an inconvenience and basic courtesies will not be extended to you, the outsider. I have various items, over a year or two, generally on my way home from the gym - obviously not aware of their judgemental dress code. I have been ignored whilst the shop assistant talked on the phone. On another occasion there was a gathering of some sort, with babies in tow. Another time, obtaining a coffee was more important than my business. The last straw was a necklace - it broke after a couple of wears, I returned it and was told I would get a call from the owner. The call never came. I did all the follow ups. The owner told me it was my fault, I must have 'bumped' the necklace, Bumped?? No refund. No empathy, No way will I ever shop at this store ever!
