One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with.

We had a blocked toilet, one of their plumbers came out to fix it. Being a porcelain toilet, it shouldn't be removed, however he did remove it and created a leak in the bottom of the toilet. The toilet was unblocked for all of a day, and we now have sewerage water coming out of the bottom of the toilet. Double the problems.

Despite the blockage not being fixed and a new problem added, I was harassed to pay their invoice. When I asked them to come and fix the issue they created, I was lied to by several people (including the owner) about the toilet being removed. I was invoiced for it being removed, told by the receptionist that it was and then told by the owner that it wasn't (conveniently, when I asked him to fix the leak they created).

To top it all off, rather than offering customer service and attempting to deal with the issue... the owner of the company was beyond rude, made a lot of excuses and hung up on me.

Never again.
