Dr Goh was running over 100mins late by 11am (would be longer but for walkouts). Arrogant rudeness awaited. But worse, reception kept saying "just a few minutes behind".

Was raining when we arrive, as we walked into reception there was a sign stating everyone must wear as mask. Receptionist was not wearing a mask, approximately 8 people sitting in reception social distancing. My daughter and I sat down away from everyone, receptionist then yells across reception that we must wait in our car. So we leave and walk in the rain back to our car. Great system when your sick or injured walking in the rain. Receptionist was rude and horrible customer service skills. When Dr Amy calls and asks if daughter has a fever or sore cough, I reply no. We enter her room without looking up from the computer she asks what is wrong. Explain that my daughter has a running nose - head cold she curtly responds "you should not have come in here, I asked you questions" I respond you asked if she had a cough or fever she does not. Then tells me there is a sign in reception asking about symptoms - given that we were made to wait in our car how could we read the sign. Dr clearly cares little about patient care and has poor social skills.

Request for covid test as high risk due to medication for a condition that I was told originally by a doctor at this centre that I had imagined, went to get test and had to contact testing site as doctor had never sent through referral. Will not go here ever again!

Pathetic customer service at reception. Poor communication and very long wait times. Not recommended. I would definitely give them a negative rating

I have found the best GP ever (and I was looking for a long time). I would tell you his name but I don't want the wait for his services to get longer. Very grateful.

I have the flu. It started Friday evening (a week ago). On the Monday I attended the Clinic for a medical certificate. When I saw the doctor I was febrile and clearly unwell. He offered a certificate for one day. I suggested two to which he obliged. Still unwell, I returned on Wednesday and asked for further medical certificate, explaining I was ill with the flu. She told me she needed to take a throat swab. I asked what for? She said to make sure I had the flu. I again told her I have the flu and asked her what else causes temperature 39 deg. She finally decided to measure my temperature and listen to my chest. She then wrote the medical certificate for another 2 days. At no time during the appointment did she open up my file records. Absolutely appalling service. Never, ever again.

I have just been to your clinic because you asked me to come in to discuss blood test results only to be told there is nothing wrong. I'm so furious 2min visit. Even though its bulk build there is still a charge on our tax. No resolution to Medical problem in 4 years I've been to your clinic. No follow ups or looking to put two and two together. That is the last time my family and I will come to your clinic. It's the worst. No care factor at all by doctor.

Have been waiting over an hour just to update a prescription. Ridiculous! Happens every time I come, they need to hire more staff if they're that busy. The doctors couldn't care less either.

The doctors here dont care. My last two visits were a horrible experience! One looked at their mobile phone when I was present and was so awkward.. he made me feel little by speaking about his problems although i am the patient seeing you, you moron! Plus, the other visit I was basically told my problem for coming in wasnt big and am wasting medicares money. Very poor care and will never go back.

Terrible! The male receptionist was SO rude! Worst I have ever experienced. The doctor told me to call and confirm my results were in before I waisted my time waiting in the waiting room for hours only to be told they weren't there yet however he refused to tell me. I stated over and over I wasn't asking for the results only to confirm if they were in and that they were the doctors instructions yet he continued to rudely say he couldn't/wouldn't tell me. It may be bulked billed but that's no excuse for such poor patient care. Would never go back!
