      Our lives are affected every day by behaviour which we learn as children and carry unconsciously as patterns into adulthood. These patterns make us who we are, but can also sometimes be personally destructive. This may contribute to relationship difficulties that can hurt ourselves and those whom we love.

      Changing these patterns we live by, can be one of the life's most difficult tasks. Counselling assists you to explore your own patterns of behaviour and can provide ongoing support in the challenge of personal change.
