Other than the location, there is nothing to recommend about this "lodging".
We suffered the misfortune of staying in the deluxe cabin. It is not fit for more than two people. The bunk bed is made for actual dwarfs (it's only 150 cm long) and that's when you ignore the 20 year old unwashed foam mattress.
The designer of this "cabin" has much to learn about insulation and condensation. Never have I seen a horse that required you to wear shoes inside because the condensation is causing puddles on the floor.
Never have I been this glad to be underweight. The shower in this place is quite obviously made to prove that anorexia is the only suitable body habitus. Even so, be prepared to spend the entire time freezing because the window doesn't shut and the shower curtain is caressing your lower body. Not that it all matters as the 25w light won't be able to illuminate you through the dark, mildewy shower curtain.
Be warned, the second hand cigarette smoke in the office will cause any asthmatic limitless suffering, and increase your chance of lung cancer. (Not that you'll care as finally getting someone's attention is as difficult as winning the tour de france - without doping)
The kitchen was like a bad op shop. Nothing matched and there were too little glasses, spoons and no sharp knifes - now I know never to use a bread knife to cut a cake.
Most people would come to the Grampians to see a bit of nature, hearing the fridge taxiing to takeoff all night is not what we had in mind.
Calling this place deluxe is an insult to the French language, much more appropriate would be to call it demerde.
On a more positive note I did not see any rats or cockroaches.
