Keilor Specialist Medical Centre

Appalled by the service at this Clinic. I have been living in Keilor for 40 years and have attended this clinic of recent times due to my life long Dr retiring. I was appalled when I requested my results be emailed to me and the "Practice Manager" refused by saying there was too many to be sent and requested I print them, to then be told anything over 10 pages will be charged 20c per page. I was only informed of this days later when I called to ensure they had been printed prior to pick up (which they hadn't). I then had to go direct to Melbourne Pathology to receive my results. The clinic is managed appallingly, phones have been diverted or unanswered, days where reception is unattended. For a Private Medical Practice that you have to pay out of pocket to see a Doctor you would think patients would be treated with utmost care and respect. Will never be attending this practice again!

Very poor service by the receptionist!

She was abrupt & unfriendly.

Have not been here but already feel unwelcome!

Paying top $$$ for this treatment? Don't think so....

It's sad that she's in the wrong industry!
