LES SAT ME DOWN AND DISCUSSED AND EXPLAINED ALL ASPECTS OF THE ENGINEERING FOR MY NEW HOUSE. ICOULD NOT BE HAPPIER !

We contacted Les to get a quote on a structural engineering job and he was very rude over the phone and refused to provide us with an example of his work telling us that it's a waste of his time and we "either want his business or we don't". Safe to say after this phone call that we don't, Les.
