      I phoned before going and they informed me that the particular car was available so I'll be able to obtain the item I'm looking for. After the long drive to Langwarrin the particular car I was looking for was not available and end up wasting my time and drive. Felt they were more after the $2.00 entrance fee than helping with the part - ended up spending $6.00 with no result. If you want to obtain parts, be precise and inform them that if they are incorrect, at least the entrance fee to be reimbursed. They are good at telling they have it and you should check it out because they are after the entrance fee.

      Very Poor. After enquiring the night before about a particular car part advertised on the website the staff were less than enthusiastic or helpful. The staff were not only accommodating but were just plain rude when telling me it had gone months ago. After voicing my frustration about how we had paid $4 entry fee but most annoyingly driven for over 2 hours to get there only to find we had been misled. I politely asked that due to the circumstances may I have by entry fee refunded, for the arrogant staff-worker to flatly deny my request.

      DO NOT RECOMMEND.
