Well well well what can i say wost service ive ever experienced! I was waiting for well over an hour, had to call 4 times while taxis just kept driving past and we were supposedly a priority ill never ever ever try to book a taxi with this company again and ill never reccomend it to anyone else!

3hr waiting time, and my mum left her purse in one of these cabsnever to be seen again. Don't even bother to call on a Weekend!!! Automated service sucks too

Bloody hang up on me for being on loud speaker when I wasn't.... its just my phone..... after waiting 10mins to get thru......
Poor incompetent phone operate needs a hearing check!!!
