Please don't use ACE, this franchised Body Corporate Manager if you care at all for your property. Here are a few examples of their service to illustrate.
-If you need a matter attended to in relation to your property, you will need to leave at least 3-5 phone messages then threaten action via email or in writing in order to get an answer, stating they will come back to you. Meaningful action on an issue from ACE will take weeks and sometimes months to occur.
-Ace will forget to action AGM documented maintenance items regularly (e.g. gutter clean, gardening ) leading to increased costs due to neglect and mismanagement.
-Financial statements are issued after the AGM and you will be asked to make decisions without accurate financial data.
-ACE will get your invoicing wrong and forget to issue invoices altogether, running the OC into a negative balance. Given they have insufficient funds they will agree (without OC consent) to higher insurance fees to guarantee services.
I'm wiring this to ensure others don't go through the frustration, poor services and overcharges we experienced.
