Riverina Redgum Firewood Supplies

Purchased 1/4 ton of red gum and I paid premium price because it was less than 1 tonne.

I started getting a lot of smoke in the house so thinking it was a problem with the fireplace I contacted a Melbourne fireplace specialist. They confirmed the fireplace was in perfect working order and then asked if they could check the wood. They tested the wood and found it had a moisture content of 34% . Suggesting this being the reason for the smoke.
