Crisp Indoor Tennis

So we made an appointment with crisp hire for a Sunday session. Ringing them during the week giving them plenty of notice. When my partner rang she was told by the lady to text her our details and confirming our time because she would probably forget. As you could imagine we are a little concerned at this stage. On the Sunday we turn up at the property all excited with the week long build up, with our news racquets etc. we ring the bell on the gate a few times and no answer ? So we make a phone call, the same lady answers again. We reply with we are here for our booking. She replies oh dear I'm sorry nobody is home :(
