i had used Portmin for about 3 years, the last one for tax return 2016-2017 i had to returned more then $1000 to ATO because of their mistake. The new accountant that i deal made a simple mistake. a simple mistake that should not be allowed for professional accountant firm. no apoligies, not even a refund from their administration fees. the good thing since that, was that i lodge my own tax return - as i can tell how to do it by ATO. i am a normal retail staff without any investment or complex rebate. joe
