Wish I never supported this business. Lack of care to make sure there's a clear understanding of what's wanted, and no sense of empathy when their customer's unhappy.

I emailed them and really don't appreciate how the owner has handled this, just disappointed.

Tried this place for the first time - got charge a $100 for a trim, even though when I booked they quoted $67 but they just decided to do a blow wave which I didn't ask for and proceeded to charge me for it even when I inquired upon paying. Had it been a good hairdressing experience I wouldn't have minded but the customer service was particularly poor and the hairdresser had no passion for her job. Would not recommend even for a trim, theres plenty of other salons that can make you feel fab, this place however is not one of them.

I have been getting my hair bleached platinum blonde for almost two years and I know it's a very hard job me having really dark black hair since I am Asian yet they do a perfect job everytime. I have been very pleased with their service every time I have been and yet to find a hair salon in Melbourne that does the same job with a reasonable price.

Very disappointed. I went in to get my extensions refitted and hair dyed. They left all the glue/tape residue in my hair, I was told that it would wash out eventually at home. My hair is mattered, the extensions are poorly positioned and I already have an appointment with another hairdresser to fix. I can't put my hair up, push my hair behind my ears or sleep properly without bits pulling. The full head of highlights I paid for you can not see at all. Advised we had discussed this and I wanted it blended. Blended doesnt mean not visible at all! Charged $420 asked for compensation. Told they'd try to get the glue out once I recommended a product to them. Very upset. Would not recommend to anyone!

I'm really not sure how anyone can give this place a negative review! My stylist Leasa is the consummate professional, and totally knows what she's doing. All I overhear from other customers while I'm there are extremely happy comments. Last night when I was there one customer couldn't believe just how well her new colour and style had turned out, it was obvious her expectations were surpassed. The other staff are very friendly and you're made to feel very welcome there. Highly recommended, these guys will not disappoint!

Worst Hairdresser, do not go

Ruined the colour of my hair - turned out orange green colour and her reason was that i am asian and this is what it looks like.

Did not attempt to fix properly and was extremely rude and abrupt about her own morals and not that of customer. On top of that, she attempted to increase price from what was originally quoted.

Do not recommend!

It's the little things that I love about my hairdresser-she comes around to look me in the eye to talk about what kind of cut I want, she remembers me even though I don't go often, she takes time to recommend products that I might want-but only if I ask her first, and she seems to be able to figure out what I'm after when even I don't know (pretty much all the time!). Highly recommended!
