      Perfect service from start to finish

      I was recommended The Heat Shop through a friend of mine a few months ago when I was looking for a air conditioning solution. Despite the challenging obstacles of my house (I was told by other company’s that what I wanted wasn’t possible) The team nailed it and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you Rob and Steve in particular for your efforts

      Very nice and helpful team

      I had a Ducted air conditioner installed by the team at the Heat Shop. The whole experience was and absolute pleasure and I'm so happy with the new system.

      Heating disaster

      Another day and another leaking hydronic panel. Abysmal is the only way to describe the work by the Heat Shop at our home. Leaking panels from day one of their installation and still leaking. One panel that no longer works that they "can't" fix - nor can they fix any of the leaking panels. We've had them out multiple times and the same non-result each time. It's an ugly look with damaged carpet and having to leave drip trays under every panel. DO NOT go near this business.

      Great business, rude receptionist

      Spoke with the receptionist Jen who was rude and abrupt with me when inquiring about a particular service, then hung up on a potential customer.
