Extremely unprofessional, argued with me in the car park because I didn't buy a pair of work boots because I was interested in Price Matching.

Argued with me for 10 minutes in an unprofessional manner, I was just going to leave and not mention it but we were approached at our car and was argued with. I won't be shopping with TWW ever again because of being put in this uncomfortable position, was told that I wasn't welcome and they didn't want me shopping with them. I work in retail also and how this man handled this situation was extremely poor.

Went to purchase some work boots at this store last week with my daughter. One lady behind the counter gave a slight ‘hello’ as we walked past to look at the shoe section. Another lady was trying on shoes (only other customer instore) as the 3 staff members helped her out with shoes. Stood there for ages holding up different shoes, making it quite obvious I was needing a hand. Moved out of the way for staff members to go in & out behind counter without even an acknowledgement of my existence!

Working in retail myself, I understand when you’re helping out other customers, but a simple ‘I can help you with the boots in a moment’ or ‘I can grab someone to help you with the shoes’ is such an easy way to show a slight amount of professionalism in a business.

As we started to leave the store, again there was no communication from staff, my 5 year old questioned why no one wanted to help us out! Funnily enough on her our accord, she has since told family and friends about our negative experience! Which may not seem like much, but of those people, there’s about another 12 pairs of men’s work boots that won’t be purchased a year from this store.

We received great assistance at another shop and even got a better price!

Went out of their way to help me out and had the boots and clothes that i couldn't find in my size anywhere else.

Horrible customer service, all the ladies are VERY rude. Ignored when you walk in and spoken to like we were an inconvenience! The place is DIRTY, MESSY, CLUTTERED and we will never be returning!
