Unfortunately I've had a bad experience with little real estate and property manager Sarah.

They have been all over the place and not organised and the high staff turn over has not helped as I'm having to deal with multiple people there for there's no communication between staff members. I would not recommend this company whatsoever!!!

LITTLE is our real estate agent we have rented an apartment through them. The person we are in touch with them directly is very perfidious.

I signed up with Little Real Estate to manage my rental property. The property has been vacant for 2 months. Recently I visited the property to do some gardening and found a letter in the the mailbox from a prospective tenant asking to lease directly from me as Little was providing no service. They outlined to me that they had inspected the property and immediately put in an application, but three weeks later later they still had received no response from the property team. The prospective tenant was advised that only the person assigned to the property would respond to any queries about the property, and that person was on leave for a week and outside of that time did not answer or return phone calls. This was over the Christmas period, but I do still expect that they have adequate staff on to still provide a reasonable level of service which they failed to do. By the time I contacted the prospective tenant unfortunately they had already given up and gone elsewhere. This has been a very costly experience. Don't use these agents!
