Charles was very helpful in making taxes easy and understanding the new changes, friendly staff.

Went there for a number of years until prices got to expensive work was being rushed and wasn't having my questions answered properly or all their workings shown to me on the table . Avoid this business please go to sandhu accounting instead !

I rarely take the time to leave reviews - unless I am very pleased with something enough worthy of praise over the internet. I have been dealing with several different accountants over my life, however I have been dealing with Charles at HT Accounting for several years and will be staying here. I was worried about my tax situation recently and messaged Charles for advice - He promptly called me up on the same day and handled the matter very quickly, I was extremely impressed. He also called me up personally to speak about the situation and was very efficient and made it easy to deal with. Highly recommended - I will not be going elsewhere.

Bit hard to locate (tiny door that heads upstairs) but he helped me clear out issues with the ATO for the last 2 years. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Bad experience from me. Was told $75 for personal and that a small business will varies. Upon completing the task in 30minutes I was told the fee is $295. Now, that's outrageous. I had to argued with Huy and said if I knew that was the price I wouldn't have come. I had to ask my way to get it down to $200. Worst experience and I shouldn't have to fork that much and trying to rip me of $295....That's like paying for a layer for an hour but it's for half an hour.
