Not happy with the quality of part purchased. Poor warranty terms. I expected the part to last longer then a couple of months. Staff unhelpful

Brought suspension for my car that clearly on its last legs when they removed. They would have seen it leaking really bad but they choose to clean up the part and sell it. I got 3 weeks of driving and it's made the car now unsafe to drive. No customer service at all. Avoid

Fantastic Knowledge and so helpful , i spent a lot of time on research and talking to other wreckers in regards to a Airbag light on due to seat change from Ba to Bf Falcon . After the whole run around Robbo set me on the right track in a quick call . One day later i received the parts needed in Geelong . He and his wife took my worries away . Best second spare parts experience for me. Owner is fair, honest and always gives assistance to his customers. Well maintained neat and safe workplace. I am impressed that is the reason why I always go to Robbo Parts for my Ford Falcon parts.

Best spare parts experience I've ever had in my driving career. And I'm 40. Never over priced, always fair and honest, and that is rare. I wouldn't even bother going anywhere else unless he couldn't help and he'd probably have some good advice if that was the case!
