In the past year, I've unfortunately been involved in multiple car accidents that were not my fault. Due to insurance requirements, I had to use AAMI's preferred repair shop. However, I'm disappointed with their approach to the repair process. Last year, when faced with a similar dent, my previous repair shop replaced the panel after discussing the options with me. This time, the repair was done without any consultation. The lack of communication and failure to involve me in the decision-making process is highly disappointing. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMENDE GEMINI due to their POOR COMMUNICATION PRACTICES with customers.

Excellent work! Highly recommended! From the amazing service at the front desk and on the phone, to the awesome assessors, I'm super impressed. Price was very reasonable, less than elsewhere quoted. Lee, the initial assessor was very friendly and thorough and did an amazing job, making sure I was happy. Then when I needed to do more private work, Luke went above and beyond to help me out and do fantastic work. Service was amazing all round. It's a huge place and they are very professional. My car looks brand new! Thank you Gemini Thomastown! You are the only place I will recommend from now on.

Not too sure about the negative reviews about other Gemini branches around Australia but having dealt with Gemini Thomastown on numerous occasions over the last 5 years for six different insurance claims, I can say that their work is EXCEPTIONAL. I have had prestige cars repaired there as well as every day family cars and SUV's, all of which have been repaired back to manufacturers specs and standards.



Highly recommended that you contact the team at Gemini Thomastown. By far the best in this region.
