The Bridal and Deb Room

I am not one to complain and it has all been an unfortunate set of circumstances. From ordering the dress to it arriving way too big and then having to foot the 500 bill for alterations to make it my size. I was told when I ordered it it would include bra cups and would only be slightly too big at waist. I since bought a Chinese dress and that is an x large, how can I be so small in one shop and large in another? We did speak directly about our disappointments, however they seemed more concerned at being right and taking the money. I always like to write glowing reviews, however this has not been a good experience. I like to support small businesses, however with that I believe I was naive and was too trusting. I was hoping we could negotiate and talk it through, but such a shame. Just would like others to know, to ask exactly about costs and if your a small size please go to another store :)

Thanks so much for our beautiful dresses. We have all had lots of comments about how beautiful they were and the colour of the bridesmaids dresses. Thanks also for advertising Eternal Memories Wooden Flowers and Barnaby and Wilson photography. They also made our day so much more special xo
