Great initial service and fabulous prompt folliwup

Called to get a gas heater repaired ,and promptly got looked at and parts ordered. Weeks later and after many unanswered phone calls plumber returned to fix heater. Got a bill for $1000 and when I questioned this was told "parts were expensive for this heater" l called the manufacturer and found I had been charged more than double for the parts. Never again.
