Knox City Council

I joined KCC as a casual employee and did my training which was excellent, the team was very nice too, and the only problem was the Head of the Operation Team who treated me like a criminal just because I have asked for a leave(0nly one day), which was very disappointing and frustrating, her action left me in stress throughout the weekend. The way she treated me was completely unprofessional and against the fair work act. I quit my job just because she wanted her team to work even though they are sick which is really very inhuman behavior later she conveyed to the team that I have family issues which were why I left the job (complete lie). unfortunately, I had a bad experience in such a reputational organization. Till today I didn't understand why she acted like this just for a mere one day's leave, maybe because I am an Asian. I approached the management in this regard so that no one in the future will be treated like this which is defaming the name of the organization.
